Absolutely first class service from Niko (Kasotakis) and Maria. Everything was very smooth and they guided us and explained every step we had to take from the notory public to the bank account to the pink slip to providing contacts in Southern Crete. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If anyone is looking to buy in Crete, this company should be the top of your list. |

We spent a long time with Nikos (Kasotakis) and nothing was too much trouble. He and Maria (his assistant) helped us with opening a bank account and pointed us in the direction of a very good lawyer. The property we wanted to purchase turned out to be illegally built and we were correctly advised not to proceed. Niko put a lot of effort into getting the owner to get the property legalized, but the seller wouldn't budge. We spent a few more months looking for a place with him but we did not find what we wanted and eventually bought direct from a builder (a bad move!). Niko never charged us for his services. We have seen him on a couple of occasions since and would recommend him 100%. | Victor |
