| 16/01/07 | We spent a long time with Nikos and nothing was too much trouble. He and Maria (his assistant) helped us with opening a bank account and pointed us in the direction of a very good lawyer. The property we wanted to purchase turned out to be illegally built and we were correctly advised not to proceed. Niko put a lot of effort into getting the owner to get the property legalized, but the seller wouldn't budge. We spent a few more months looking for a place with him but we did not find what we wanted and eventually bought direct from a builder (a bad move!). Niko never charged us for his services. We have seen him on a couple of occasions since and would recommend him 100%. | Victor |
