We purchased via Crete Connections in 2003. Our experience was definitely the most pleasant dealings with an estate agent bar none. Ralph, the agent, could not have been more helpful and spent 2 days helping us to get to a feel of the property market in the area. We were shown the full gamut from land to ruins to immaculate new builds to very high specifications. We had help with bank accounts, lawyers, notaries etc etc all above and beyond the call of duty for most agents. Probably the best aspect was the lack of bull**** and sales patter which is my biggest turnoff. The purchase of our chosen property was somewhat protracted because of the 12!!! owners involved but it was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Ralph also supervised the renovations and now we have a delightful village house traditionally restored in the Cretan countryside. Unreserved recommendation from me! |
