Over the last 2 years we have looked at various property, builders and agents and did our homework on the company before approaching them formally. We visited Crete on 3 occasions last year. We knocked on the doors of existing owners to check on build quality, the process, quality of service etc and finally had a full day being shown the various types of property available and the current projects. We purchased in September last year and have been out 3 times since. The staff have always been helpful when needed and apart from one or two minor snags we have no real complaints at this stage. The build quality is generally good and any problems are sorted. Our next trip is in May and we cannot wait. | Steve |

We bought from this company, off plan, a couple of years ago and our house was finished last year. No problems whatsoever , except for usual snags they kept us informed from start to finish and can't help enough. I really can't praise them enough. The only time that we had a price change was when we asked for something different to the original design to be added. | Sharon |

Can only vouch for this company as only checked out one other. They actually have great properties. Visited their sites last summer and was very impressed. Buying this year in Kyrianna and already impressed with the service. Having spoken to other customers we are happy we have made the right decision. We have done a lot of research about Crete and this company and are satisfied that our investment is safe. | Ricky |

We spent a full day being taken around a load of properties by Mark. We were very impressed with his designs and quality of work. In the end we didnt buy from him, as his properties were a bit more than we could afford. However, If I was buying now, knowing what I do about this company and others, I would have paid that bit extra. The company we bought through have been nothing but trouble! Two of my family have both properties from this company and although there have been a few problems, they have mostly been dealt with satisfactorily. | Name Supplied |

Bought in 2005 in Roumeli, got exactly what we paid for with only a short delay. We are very happy with the service and assistance that we received and the service continues even though we have been here nearly 2 years. It would be a very good idea to see their range of properties and building quality so that you may see why they rated good value for money! Totally disagree with the comment below. We bought off plan after much research and speaking to existing customers as we considered the product to be excellent value for money. Our completion date slipped by only 3 weeks. As with any new build there were snags and unless it was urgent sometimes we had to wait a while. We got everything that we asked for and were consulted at every major stage of construction. We are now the proud owners of a delightful Villa. | Name Supplied |

Cowboy Firm, very unprofessional, unable to complete on time, very poor finish and quality, ongoing complaints even after one year, from numerous buyers. Total disregard for buyers choices even when buying off plan, price keeps changing, even when you have it in writing, they keep adding extra on. Not a sensible place to invest any money. |
