| 05/07/08 | I recently bought an off-plan property after many months of research. There are so many builders to choose from but I heard many horror stories about some. I chose the company that was able to offer me the chance to view some of its finished properties and also to see other houses that were in the process of being built. I could see at the early stages of the build that they insulated their homes well (important not only during the cold season to keep your house warm but also in the summer to keep the house cool.) They also used include a damp-proof course, something that no other builder in Crete uses. And the cost I was quoted included everything from fitted kitchen with appliances to a/c and solar panel. I would most definitely recommend the company. You should look them up. The company is called Euroland Crete Homes. Take a look at their website and see for yourself. |

| 14/06/08 | We have recently had a house built by Euroland and I have to say, having stood on the plot of land prior to the build taking place, it had "horror story - English couple lose their savings" written all over it! How wrong could we be? Euroland have done a fantastic job of recreating what was on a piece of paper into reality. The build was on time, the quality was exceptional and the team we worked with could not have done enough. The house was completed last June and we still see and email our new found friends in the company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any person that made an enquiry. We did review some New Century properties but Euroland\'s quality and "no push" sales pitch was exactly what we needed! | Peter O'Reilly |

| 04/01/08 | We spent lots of time researching nearly every company in Crete to try and find the best deal for us. We were looking for a home to be used as a holiday home initially but to retire to in a few years. Euroland were a far higher standard than anything else that we saw. They include everything as standard in their prices (including under floor heating) and were the only company I could find who would give me a thorough written contract.
