16/08/07	If there was any way possible I could stop this particular company/person from trading I would. I am one of the unfortunate ones who lost a vast amount of money through him and the architect he uses. My build was not fihished and I have literally had to go back to square one. I cannot stress strongly enough to anyone out there looking to purchase land and have a villa built. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!	Name Supplied

22/06/07	I WONDER WHO PUBLISHED THIS COMMENT, AND IF IT IS NOT OF A RIVAL TRYING TO TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN. I HAVE HEARD ONLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM...PERHAPS THEY ARE TALKING OF AN OTHER ONE...? 05/12/07	This company has risen from the ashes of the former Kissamos Property Consultants in Kastelli Kissamos. It is run by the Greek builder who was half the former partnership. I do not think he would have a single reference from any of his former clients. There are many horror stories of non-payment of IKA money, non-connection to water and/or electricity, no after care with anything at all. He promises everything, but delivers nothing.	Name Supplied
